I apologize for re-posts on this topic, but I need a straight answer. Looking for A/S tires. 2008 S6 OEM Continental ContiSportContact 2 tires are 265/35ZR19, will Continental ExtremeContact DWS 275/35R19's fit without any rubbing? Everything about the 275/35R19 matches or exceeds the OEM numbers. Only concern is fitment. Thank you in advanced.

On my S6, i went with 255/35/19 Conti DWS. Either size is around 1% above or below OEM diameter so no big issue there. As long as your rim supports 275, i doubt the extra .40inch in width would rub either.

Too late, installed. Fitment is perfect without any issues. My concern isn't an issue, just an observation. As expected, the tires are definitely not aggressive and the feel is not like stock wheels. It feels... less controlled.

Just noticed this and it's timely because my S6 apparently needs new tires again. I replaced the OEM Contis with Toyo Proxes T1R summer tires. This time I'm determined to go with All-Season tires. Gary from Tire Rack confirmed to me last time that 275/35/19s are fine and there are a number of options in that size that are $100 cheaper/tire than the 265/35/19 selection.
Meux, any ride reports yet on the Contis? I'm leaning toward those or Yokohama S.Drives at the moment.
