3.0T Throttle Body Cleaning

Most of the vehicles I have worked on in the past have benefited from a throttle body cleaning.
Most also had the PCV/EGR introduced into the intake stream, right behind the throttle body. It appears on the 3.0T that the PCV is not near the throttle body and I have yet to look/locate where the EGR gasses are brought back in.
For the guys that have worked on these motors, do the throttle bodies get dirty and is it a reasonable thing to consider around 100K miles?
Thank you in advance

PCV on our cars is more of a b/s. it is flat plate design under the sc. sc draws in the breather vapor from underside.
if you take off the intake snorkel, how does the tb look? open the plate and see backside?
i'm only 30k, so haven't even thought about it yet.....

Haven't gotten to pulling the tube yet. I've been busy doing brakes, making Service Mode bolts etc.
Maybe I can get to it this weekend. Thanks for the advice.
