Default A6 newbie - tire pressure question

My 2010 A6 P+ is less than a week old. I was checking the tire pressure specs on the door frame and then in the manual. The door says Front 42, Rear 41. The manual has normal load Front 35, Rear 38 and heavy/full load Front 42, Rear 41 (like the door frame). I checked my tires and the dealer had them at 39 all around. Any suggestions on the proper "light" load for usually just 200 lb me and mixed suburban/city/highway use. I am abit confused by the 3 PSI differential for light load and the 1 PSi for full load. Conti 245/40 18 XL's. Thanks.

Use the door frame for the full load and the manual for lighter loads: normal load Front 35, Rear 38
Do not go by what Audi put in or for that matter any tire store..use the door frame and manual.

Agreed. Go towards the normal load pressures if you rarely carry passengers.
