I have problem with my a6 c6 ABS/ESP parking brake lights comes on with three beeps and the steering wheel becomes heavy like the power steering is not working to.
But the lights and the steering fixes it self after some driving and wont come back until other cold start.
When the light are on there is no cummunication whit ABS Brakes when trying to scan with vcds. But when the ligts fixes it self i can scan ABS Brakes and cummunication is beck.
Do that mean the ABS Module is bad or its somthin else.

I would start with checking the level of the power steering fluid and top it off if necessary. Beware, the reservoir is a PITA to open.
