Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I normally set the a/c at 21.0 degrees. Sometimes when travelling at a constant 130kmh or so, for 15 or 20 minutes, the drivers side vent blows hot air - far in excess of the 21.0 degrees set. All windows are closed, and even if I reduce the air con setting to 'LO', hot air still blasts out - the centre vents are fine though. After 5 or 10 mins, things settle back down to normal. Anyone have any similar experience ?

I've been having the same problem...though now I'm finding that it has less to do with speed and more with RPM. But it's not as if I'm running at a hight RPM. It either happens at cruising speeds on the freeway (especially if I accelerate to pass someone) or when going slower, but with car in sports mode (which tends to keep the RPM at higher speeds). The problem is pretty irritating, and the hot air has nothing to do with settings on the A/C. It's as though engine heat is being vented directly into the car.

I'll be taking the car in for some issues in the next two weeks, and this heat problem is one of them, but with my luck, the dealer won't be able to replicate the problem.

Anyone have ideas/info to share on the subject?
