Sorry I couldn't find what I was looking for in the search and I know it has been talked about before. But if I already have the audi MMI with Nav and Sat radio, do I only have to buy the $64.10 part from Madaudi.com or do I need to buy something else as well?

you need the ami interface along with the glove box retrofit kit, the ami costs about 500 to 600 on ebay, and the glove box retrofit kit is about 250 from audi. that should complete your ipod integration.
