Anyone have a A6 4.2 Wagon? Is it available in NA? If so, thoughts please.

Default It would be cool if the A6 Avant came in 4.2 in NA.

I would buy one.

Default I'm trying to decide between a wagon or suv, but Audi doesn't have any big fast wagons.

Volvo V70 R, Dodge Magnum, BMW 530 xi or a way too pricey E55 (In my dreams).

If enough people speak up, AoA may bring the S6 Avant.

Default BMW may offer an M5 wagon here next year, per rumors. There will be an M5 wagon in Europe.

Imagine, a fun to drive high performance wagon with lots of room, a third seat and a manual transmission! Like Audi used to do, eh?

My friend picked up his new M5 today. What a beast.

Write your local dealers and AoA. If they feel it's worth the cost to certify, they'll bring it.

Default Thx - Huge market for wagons at the moment with the decline of SUV's imminent.

I'll write a paper on it ;-)

Default Not sure if the manual tranny would make it on the Wagon.

The Manual is only for the U.S market and because the wagon is such a small share of sales, I doubt the certification costs would allow it.
I would not want my kids in that 3rd row...that's why Audi stopped offering it.
