I have the same problem. My battery was dead after my car sat. When I changed the battery the radio was on but I turned it off myself before installing new battery. I installed a genuine Audi battery from the dealership but I didn’t get it coded. After installing my radio never came back on. Checked the fuses all fine. Where is the communication fuse located at?
You need to remove the fuse panel on the passenger side of the vehicle and you'll read the fuse layout on the insert and it'll tell you exactly where the 5amp Communication Fuse is located.
