When ever I park my Audi A6, 2005 model over night the battery is dead by the next morning. Please can anyone shed some light on how to prevent this. Thank you.

Well lets get the simple things out of the way;
1) Did you check your water level in your battery?
2) Are your terminals clean and securely bolted down?

Also did you do a search, I believe there was another member who posted the same situation.

Let's get an even simpler question of the way....how old is the battery? If it's the original it may well have reached the end of its useful life.

Battery is 3 months old. Bought because of this problem

Have you personally checked the battery at night using a volt meter then again in the morn?
Have a full charge done then a load test done by a dedicated battery store which uses the lastest testing equiptment..eliminate the battery mainly because even new batteries can be junk especially the cheapos. If it passes, they can also check for leaks/drawdowns since if your running a fully charged 12v Auto battery down overnight..that's a big draw on a new battery at it's full charge.

It could also be a case of a faulty/defective alternator- that thing charges the battery.
