Sensor only...according to the site...so you'll need to get stems

You only need 4 sensors, since the spare tire doesn't actually get picked.

RAJ99 are these TPMS sensors the full kit? Meaning they are ready to install as is? Also did the car recognize them with no problems by just pushing the change wheels in MMI?

Yes, they are the 'full kit'. I have 2 sets of these and they work great. You just go into the normal car -> setup to recognize the new set of wheels (TPMS) and that's it.

BTW, the chrome stem ones are only $156 for the whole set! Although I've never bought those and can only speak to the aluminum set of sensors, which have lasted fine so far with NO issues.
