I'll have a look tomorrow and see how big the files are - I've left it in the office.

Sounds great and hate to ask a "newbie" question, but I have a 2006 S6 - does this disk give me the latest MMI software (assuming yes).

What else does it give you aside from the birds eye view, I am hoping for:

- Ability to read MP3 CDs
- Fixing the crashes on the rear camera view which doesn't always come on

And do you think you invalidate your warranty if it goes wrong?

Thanks.

Many thanks - one follow-up, if I get the dealer to retrofit the AMi do you think I will get a "free" update to 33.60?

I don't is it possible on US MMI because out Navi CD doesn't even support 3D. I am on 41.40 and don't have the option. Only way to get it is to update MMI to Euro version and use European CD which is useless since we are all (or most of us) located in US. What Upsets me the most is MMI doesn't understand Cyrillic languages unless FLASHED to (in my case Russian) Cyrillic support. I don't want the MMI be in Russian, I just want to be able to read my tracks and phone book names but all I see is [][][][][]

with eu firmware 2006 and other non-3d disc offer 'bird's eye view'... unfortunately they offered a 3g mmi system here and basically left us with the previous mmi twisting in the wind... i am running 4160 and have 2011 disc and no luck here with bird's eye view.

as far the cyrillic option, i cant think of a way to get the usdm mmi system to display that with out running eu firmware and i have read about people installing eu on usdm mmi and it caused issues so it isnt worth the gamble at this point. imo.
