Yup you would have to replace the entire tail light assembly to change the brake lights. Tail, back up, and rear fogs are easy bulb replacements.

Thanks kemer1 and spence341.I checked the thread didn't find anything helpful.Btw I removed the screw but couldn't take out the light housing for some reason,maybe I'm doing something wrong?

That screw is the only mechanical fastener that holds it in. On the side of the tail...that connects with the qtrpanel there are 2 clips. Just stick a trim removal tool, or a flathead with a towel wrapped around the blade between the tail, and the panel and gently pry it. It will pop right out. Simple.
