Default Broke a vacuum pipe ! anyone know what this is?

Broke a vacuum pipe messing around in my engine today. I was trying to pick up a screw that had fallen down on the radiator support and my wrist caught and it snapped. It is a hard plastic tube and it apparently holds vacuum because I heard the vacuum release/equalize when it broke. Woops.

2005 A6 3.2q. Anyone know where I would get this or have a part # ? (I looked on genuinevwaudiparts and other sites but couldnt find it in emissions system or anywhere else). There do appear to be the beginnings of a part # on it ... to the best I can read, GS2 06E 133 .... (I cant read the rest)

The pipe was really brittle in one area near the engine head by the way.

It appears to be connected to "Change-over valve for intake manifold flap (N239)" You can probably replace it with any good vacuum tube of equivalent inner diameter.

Yes, true... however I want the real thing, the real part. I'll just hit the dealer. Its more a pipe than a vacuum hose and snakes around the engine and is pre bent like a coolant hose (but made of plastic not rubber)

Yup, I know whatcha mean. I like OEM fit too. Just offering alternatives as it may not be a separate part it could come as part of the valve/flap controller assembly. Only someone with ETKA or dealer will know for sure.

I'm sorry for the late reply but in not connect to the "Change-over valve for intake manifold flap (N239)" - that's a sensor
the part number u looking is 0E6 133 633 is a vacuum hose here is pic too

where

1 - Change-over valve for intake manifold flap -N239-
2 - Intake Manifold Tuning (IMT) Valve Position Sensor -G513-
- Vacuum lines -arrow A- and -arrow B-.

Default This is great - thanks all -- a 7 dollar part !

Much appreciated, it looks like part number is confirmed as 06E133633. Thanks. Cant know for the life of me why ON THE HOSE ITSELF it says 063 (instead of 06E)

Default Replacing this vacuum hose!

Hello,

Your thread was useful 7 years later . I just ordered this exact vacuum hose. (06E-133-633) off amazon. It was approx $20. (Inflation from 7 years later?!). Does any have installation tips or resource?

Thanks
