With JET's support, for which I am very grateful, I've been posting once a month about the reliability research I'm conducting.

I've started including the 2005 in the main survey, but it's right at the minimum. The 2006 is now about 3/4 of the way, and the 2008 about halfway.

Participants report repairs the month after they occur. When there are no repairs, they simply report an approximate odometer reading four times a year, at the end of each quarter.

To encourage participation, panel members receive full access to the results free of charge.
