Default Check Engine Light - 16395

My car’s check engine light came on the other day. I scanned it and this is what popped up:

16395 - Bank 1: Camshaft A (Intake): Retard Setpoint not Reached (Over-Advanced)
P0011 -- 008 -- Implausible Signal - MIL ON

Does anyone know what this means or has seen this on their car before? If it helps, before the light came on, I had topped off the oil with a quart because it was low. Took it to a mechanic and he said it the oil was 3/4 of a quart too low (after i had already put in a quart 3 days earlier). Engine is idling a little rough as well.

I dont know if Audi has a limp mode, but the car automatically shifts up after 2k rpm. When I leave it in manual mode, there's a hesitation when it hits 2k rpm before going higher.

well for anyone else having the same problem, I took it to the dealership and they said the camshaft adjuster went bad. got a quote of $4768 to fix it, as they had to remove the transmission and engine to get access to it.

Luckily for me, this specific part is covered under the California Emissions warranty which lasts for 7/70,000. The dealership didn't mention it, I had to find it myself in the owners manual and point it out to them.
