Just purchased a 2006 A6 3.2 S-Line. I want to do something to beef up the sound of the engine a bit. Which cold air intake would be best for me? I don't really care about performance, just looking for a better sound. Let me know, thanks!!

I seriously would not pay for custom intake. Besides price it will ruin your car., there is a resonator box ok the intake. Marine you can remove the box and plug the hole. Or something like this.

If you want to beef up your sound, you need to upgrade your exhaust, not your intake.

They would not ruin the car at all, and they would add a bit more sound and well as add some performance.

An intake will do little to impact your sound. You need an exhaust and resonaters to do that. Good luck

There is no point in doing a cold air intake.. They make 0% power difference. Check out mightycarmods cold air intake myth busted. You can find on YouTube. Hopefully I just saved you all money

Your video shows a 4 hp gain. That's more than 0%. The OP didn't want performance, he wanted to hear sounds.
