If the owner, lawyers, Audi and the dealer all agree the car is a lemon, why would you want to buy someone's headache.

I Paid 22k for an 06 cpo with 21k miles 4 months ago. i think you should RUN from that deal.

I seem to be getting a good deal, however I am not sure if it is a GREAT deal. The dealer gave me a price of 24K.

Same here....don't do it.

I am having enough problems even with a car with clean history and CPO warranty.

Definitely, it does not sound like a good deal to me!!!
