cracked vinyl on the backside of drivers door armrest
I am trying to get this covered under warranty. My dealer is telling me that the interior is only covered for one year and I am past that.
I have seen other threads that have noticed that, at the rear of the drivers door, behind the armrest, there is a crack in the vinyl.
Please respond if you have had this problem and if it was covered on warranty.

Yes, manufacturer defect, covered under warranty
Caused by a weak part due to the two buttons on the side of the door. When you close the door you put pressure on the panel and it cracks in that weak point.
Dealer had an Audi rep. look at it and replaced it under warranty.
