Here's the link (direct) to the TSB, which essentially shows that Audi's solution is a new door panel and a blob of a plastic-glue-epoxy looking stuff to reinforce the back of the panel.

If I have the time over the weekend to tackle this, I'll take pics and outline my solution.

Just noticed the same issues on my car. The vinyl itself is not cracked yet, but I can see that they underlying plastic is, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the vinyl goes too.
My car is out of warranty, so I guess I'm SOL but I will still show it to the dealer to see if they can do anything.

Not yet, I was waiting for some door panel clips to come it. There are 12 per door panel so I ordered 12 at my local dealer because you are bound to break some if not all when removing the panel. They are only a buck each so not a big expense at all. I also already purchased some epoxy and I plan on tackling this on the weekend.

Yesterday I got a chance to reinforce my already cracking panel. The process was rather easy, I took some pictures in case anyone else is looking at doing this.
1. Remove the door panel. There are a few guides on here already so I won’t repeat them. I marked the spot where the panel cracks in the picture below.

2. I used a plastic knife and the bottom of a paper cup to mix the epoxy in. You’ll want to mix it for a few min and apply right away as it starts to harden in about 5min after mixing. I also used some rubbing alcohol to clean the area where the epoxy was applied.

3. Here you can see the cracks that developed on my panel.

4. Don’t be shy with the epoxy, get quite a bit on there. Mine seemed to cure fully in about 4 hours.
