My 2005 3.2 has the Amaretto interior with the plastic silver door trim/glovebox trim and flat black console trim. I assume this is the base trim correct? Has anyone found a good oem wood dash kit and if so does it just overlay over the top or do I need to tear apart the car. I'm leery of the wood dash kits looking non-oem. Should I be?

I replaced the flat blact 05-6'speedo surround with the brushed Alum look of later (07+) with a factory part -- think $150 part and $125 labor ?-- I did not attempt it--but you might ? and also used selected parts of Wood dash kit(forget vender?) (non speed surround) but other pieces -- looked close enough/dark wood tone -- just pick accent places you want?. key area, window switch gear f/r,HVAC controls? you decide- Kit was <$200 est?
