Could someone please provide the type of bulb that for the day time running lights on 2008 3.2? Also how hard are these to replace? Is this something I can do?

As for ease of installation.. I can't say for sure, since I don't own a C6 yet, but I thought I'd chime in with the bulb type since nobody else has. My advice is: see if you can easily reach it and give it a shot.

To do what's in the diagram you have to take the front bumper out first

The back cover, item 4 should tilt and pull up, then you have access to the internals.

I am trying to get the DRL bulb out, but can't get item 8 out of the lamp.

Only if your replacing the HID..the other bulbs come out the back..that's what the removable cover #4 is for.
