Not sure why I'm posting this but it's rare that I have a positive experience at the dealer. First, I did NOT buy my car from Continental Audi. I have been emailing Russ in service about the MMI update and he said he would take care of it. Great. Then he said to contact Robyn in service to get set up. She told me I could have a loaner but probably Enterprise or something, not Audi. I said fine, no big deal, thanks for a loaner at all. I get there, spend an hour going over all i want done and when I leave, they give me a 2007 A6! Very satisfied. That's how it should be done. Kudos to Continental. Hey, new slogan...

We bought our A6 at another dealer in another town. Went to get our first 5k check up at our one and only local dealer (Key Audi in Jacksonville) and they wouldn't give us a car. Wife had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle ride. This was with an appointment made three weeks in advance. I guess their Hyundai dealership training came into play.

used to give loaners to anyone from any dealer. Smart idea, make people want to buy a car from them possibly.
