Why should people have to bribe service techs with donuts and other goodies? What ever happened to doing a good job, especially if the service department is often a profit center? If Audi doesn't reward good customer feedback enough to outweigh donuts, there is something clearly wrong! This is why people are flocking to Lexus. Thankfully my dealer has been pretty good so far.
