All these comments are pretty sad. One reason why people buy Lexus

Why should people have to bribe service techs with donuts and other goodies? What ever happened to doing a good job, especially if the service department is often a profit center? If Audi doesn't reward good customer feedback enough to outweigh donuts, there is something clearly wrong! This is why people are flocking to Lexus. Thankfully my dealer has been pretty good so far.

Amen. As a side note, I asked my service advisor if he preferred white or red

His answer was, just keep the positive comments coming...

He does favors for me occasionally (I dont believe in being greedy) and I try to take care of him accordingly.
