Your crank lock pin is in wrong spot. I had the same issue
Regarding post #116
How'd you get it back to correct position? Did you lift cams and return crank back to position the remount cams and cam lock tools?
I bought this exact kit, not shown in picture, nor listed in parts - but crankshaft turning tool was in my kit. The plastic case is red on the one that arrived. I purchased one separately per tools listed and now have two. The timing kit arrived in two days from this seller. Price now even less than when I bought it.

I guess all I can say is the one that arrived to me included the crankshaft socket.

Wow. Noted for sure. That's the kit I was going to purchase also, and your link took me to the one I'm already watching, lol. Guess I'll hold off on the crank tool until I see if I have the same result as you! Thanks a lot for that!
This is a picture of the actual kit I received... circled in green is the Crankshaft Tool. Yes, it has masking tape around it to hold it snugly into the socket.
There is a part number sticker on the outside of case - BT4007KIT

Depends on where it is right now. Are your cam covers on or off. Few different ways of doing it but I need to know what all you have done so far. Had messaged you yesterday with my phone number. Feel free to call. I've done this on 2 cars now so have a feel for it
when I go to pretension the exhaust cam It doesn't move. My question is should it? I put in a new chain tensioner. now just putting things back together and I saw the pretension statement and was concerned that I can move my exhaust cam adjuster.

Hey sorry, just saw this now. The cam adjuster will not moved once it's torqued to the cam. Once the tensioner is installed and you pull the retaining pin, that will lock the cam into the chain. When you run the engine, oil pressure will force the hydraulic piston to tension the chain.
