I called my dealer but they have no idea. I want to put this grill on my 2006 A6, does it fit without any mods?

Sounds great! So if I order the s6 grill it should be a regular installation, no mods needed?

Also does anyone know the part number for the s6 grill? And is there anywhere I can order it for cheaper, the dealer said it costs $650.

Try www.europrice.us. They have RS6 grills for $637 so I'm betting you can get an S6 from them for a bit cheaper...or get the RS6 grill instead

Email them on Europrice. I'm pretty sure they can get you an S6 grill for cheaper than dealer. If not, try oemplus.com.
