Anyone have a number for AoA or should i just check their website? I'm guessing the website will just have a general number and i figure someone here might have a direct # or even someone specific to contact? It's the door cracking issue again. If it was the dashboard i could understand, but not the door.

it is 248-754-5000. they will most likely want a case #.Try asking for there legal dept or your local rep. let me know if this helps. I have other AOA corp #s.

it happens. Hate to admit it but BMW was much easier to work with on what I considered warranty issues. Which might be the point, what I consider warranty, they might not.

My dealer charged me to have some putty fill the crack and then spray paint it the same color as the door but its cracking again and its a TERRIBLE JOB...

But the dealer I bought the car from, a non Audi dealer fixed it and did a great job. So I'm good.

I plan to take this in for service so I'll let you know if Austin's Audi dealer fixes this for me under warranty.

You can see that the hill switch is coming out of the slot because of the crack.
