Default dropping rear subframe to get to springs -- anyone with a bentlays manual

i need to adjust the ride height of my rear coilovers -- and because the way the rear is setup i can't get a spring compressor into the space to compress the spring and increase the height. So i need to undue a few bolts and drop the arms on which the spring sits.

Someone posted a vid of this being done on an 89 Benz -- same theory. can someone with a Bentley's manual take a couple screenshots of which bolts i need to undue to drop the arms which hold the sping in place? and also what constitutes dropping the subframe.

The fronts i can just raise with the tool provided, but because in the rear the sping is seperate from the strut when i turn the adjustment "****" the whole thing just rotates ... thanks for the help.

Thanks.

i think the first one... removal and installation? from looking around in there and what installer told me a couple years ago you have to drop subframe to install springs... thus it should be in the first one.
