Default It appears there may be a couple TSBs related to that issue.

Looks like something related to battery or electrical load management. Sadly probably only a trip to the dealer will fix it.

Regarding this ESP fault (18265) i found also in this forum some answers, but i dont understand clearly. I only want to know some clear explanation, what could be wrong.

For example

Code:
Component: ABS/ESP
First comment about it - OUCH!!!!!
Here is why; at first it is a COMMON ar problem.
That doesn't help much. The following is the original Work report:"Perform diagnosis/Load DTC's from ECM-Intake Boot Split open/Diagnos W/5051 and Mechanical/Faulty Intake Boot/Replace intake Boot and set Throttle readiness codes"

Now get ready for this:
1x 078-133-356-T Duct = $15.69.....
Labor amount = $222.50
+ Taxes + Weather + Date ++++++(just kidding)
so they say, I got off "cheap"...and BTW, the Error codes match 100% with my VAG-COM readout.
So next time = $15.69 + 1 sixpack.

Total was $256.72
Questions? I just need a Cognac...cheers!
what is that " 1x 078-133-356-T Duct = $15.69 "

078-133-356-T is the part number for a throttle body boot for a 2.7T I have no idea what that would have to do with ESP or battery load management???
