Check engine light came on, say small evap leak detected. Dealer says they found a cracked evap hose. Ok no problem, I understand that. Now after having the car for a week they are trying to tell me I need to replace the Evap Leak detection pump. I tried mentioning the TSB that relates to this issue, but they ignored that. Regardless, I'm having a real hard time believing that this pump is bad. Anyone else have this issue?

When my evap leak code came on, they just updated the sensor (TSB) to have a wider tolerance so that it doesn't trigger the engine light so readily.
No issue ever since. Though mine is an '08..
