Some dude called me from some warranty company that offers extended warranty. Mine is a 2005 Audi A6 with 33K miles and it just ran out of factory warranty in December 2008.
I am new to Audi but have done repairs to my Mercedes,BMW and Porsches.
I need some guidance for this warranty.
I plan to keep the car for another 5 years.
The warranty co. is General Fidelity and the cost is $5699/- which covers everything but no maintenance. This is for 5 yrs/100,000 i.e additional 70K miles.
Thanks
Barry

Covers everything, mechanical, electrical etc.
they said it is like new car warranty.
am not sure about the deductible. The sales person got mad at me when I told him that I want to think about it and told me that it looks like you dont need warranty.
So rude!!!

I am just a guy that's an Audi nut, a buy-to-order dealer, and that sells extended warranties.
The warranties I offer are priced pretty well, are from good companies, and cover a lot of stuff that needs covering on a typical Audi.
Neither I nor the warranties are perfect, but I can get you a quote and some good information and help you make an informed decision.
Thanks all for the kind words!
