That's a lot of codes, I would first try to clear them and re-scan to see which ones come back. Sometimes the code being set will cause the component to continue to not work.

Id say your MMI is the least of your problems

I would first check if your amp in the trunk is dry, and has there been water on it.

Amp checked and its dry, only 2 fault code,
but I think mmi control panel is dead, but dont know if control panel not working ?
display screen its always black?

Check to see if someone accidently turned off the display (the button above the glove box release). An MMI reset would also be prudent especially given the lack of communication issue.

Had my own share of issues with MMI, first main control unit was bad (inside glove box) and then Sirius XM unit broke. You have issue with your optical loop being "broke". buy optical loop and start disconnecting them one by one. Only thing I think of is the fact that your MMI screen does not even turns on, but it should even for a few seconds if something is bad in the loop, so check your control board (which has all the buttons and ****). Maybe your **** is bad and MMI is actually working.
