Yes thats what I intend on doing if I get the nasty bulb out warning light. The sidemarker lights on the front bumper do the same when pulled. I have mine painted Night Blue Pearl Effect to match the bumper and at night a tiny bit of light still shines through. It doesnt bother me too much but I was thinking of spraying the shell of the bulbs with black engine spray paint (to handle the high heat) I have in my garage from when I painted my CBR600RR motor. That would stop the light from coming through.
