Some Answers/Suggestions:
* Wheel cleaning: Try Sonax Full Effect Wheel Cleaner, it really does a great job.
* Start/Stop Switch: You can upgrade to the newer switch, it is an easy DIY replacement (STFAs and you'll find the details and P/N). New switch is ~$60.
* Rear Engine Cover: You'll need to buy a replacement part, P/N 06E–103–926 or –926–D (VIN dependent).
* Exhaust Pipes: Try cleaning them with a metal cleaner, e.g. Mother's, should remove a majority of the crud.
* Cracked Door Panel at Arm Rest: Would need to replace the panel to fix.
* Seat Panel: Same as door panel.

Awesome. I will definitely be doing this, this weekend. The debadging at least. Ya I was thinking about cleaning the tips or replacing them. I was wandering is anyone on here running a different exhaust. I mean just muffler back? I'm sure these wouldn't sound too bad with a little deeper note.
The door panel really doesn't bother me much at all. I mean I had the car for like a week before noticing it at all. Probably will just attempt to glue the button in so it doesn't keep sliding out.
Debadging=free which equals awesome.
I just went to Austin and picked up the rest of my sound system that I had in my porsche will wire that in. Nothing big for now. Just a small Jl10wo with a 300 or less rms wattage amp.
Start button will be next on my to do list.
Audio is free so that's main reason I will knock it out soon also.
Thanks for all the help will keep you guys posted.

I always have them remove anything that did not come with the car.
When I bought this car the dealer didn't want to remove the stickers they placed on the car so I told them that they would need to take $1k off the price for advertisement. Since all the paperwork was already done waiting my signature they removed the stickers.

Rear Engine Cover: ebay has rings and decals. Measure the size you need and ask the seller. It might be similar to the grille or truck emblems.
