My front passenger window keeps rolling up partially and going down. When I roll my window down all the way, it usually happens, I'll try to roll it up with the one touch windows and it goes about 3/4 of the way then goes down....etc. Has anybody had that happen to them? I drive a 99 A6 quattro 2.8.......all suggestions appreciated!

Ask the C5 forum - this is the C6 forum for car '05+. Often the switch/controller/pinch sensor.

turn car off. then turn car on. then pull and hold window switch up for a few seconds (after it is all the way up) and reverse immediately and push and hold window switch down for a few seconds (after it is all the way down). should reset where the window thinks the top of the window is.
