About 22 over all. 29 on the freeway.

Got 500 miles on one tank driving around Texas.

I have 3000 miles on a 2008 3.2 and have averaged 24.5 and that is about 80% urban. Have had as much as 31 ont the highway, 150 mile round trip. Love the car.

Re: Ditto on both replies, it has a huge tank.

Okay a question; What do you think is the sweetspot speed-wise to achieve the best mileage? Go to slow and you're not covering enough miles per minute. Too fast and using too much gas.

Anyone have an idea?

24 - 26 MPG. Did 520 miles on a Full Tank on the Avant (26.2 MPG)

If you drive fast (above 80 MPH), you'll probably do 23-24 MPG.

If you drive 65 - 75 MPH on the highway, you can do 26 MPG or 500+ miles on a full tank. Pretty awesome.

yes, almost everytime, sucking fumes, my wife is NOT impressed, especially when she borrows the car and the needle doesn't move when she turns the key. I filled up this week and it took 20.8 gallons, I know, I know, not good for the injectors, blood presure, etc.
