Default Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3

I just took off the winter rubber and put on Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3s. The D3s finished first in both Car and Driver's tire test, as well as Eurotuner's tire test. They are incredible and a big improvement over the all-season Pirelli P Zero Nero M&Ss that I took off back in December. It has improved the handling dramatically with no loss in comfort or noise. I will not be returning to all-season tires. I will be sticking with dedicated tires.

The one negative I've heard about these tires is that they are 100% useless in the snow and 98% useless in mud or even wet grass. On the other hand, if you avoid those surfaces, they reportedly have great wet and dry traction.

Default Yeah, but the Continentals Sport Contact 2s which came in 2nd are also not very good in the wet

but great in the dry. Always a compromise.

Conti came up with the CSC3s, which reduce dry traction slightly, but improve wet. I'm OK with the CSC2s except for the low speed (0-10 mph) wet traction on take off.

The posters here seem to like the Michelin Pilot Sports for summer tires.

Default I wanted to get these for the Z06, but...

unfortunately, they weren't available in the size I needed: 275/35-18 front and 295/35-19. I ended up going with BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2, which seem great so far.
