Hello. I need to adjust the headlights, they are wrong putted back I have some big gaps in betwen bumper and headlight. So if someone know how to properly adjust headlights, like factory, those 3 screws that hold the headlight unit are so wrong. Is there any measurment between screws and that plate behind screw. Thank you very much.
Its a PITA... And involves installing and removing the front bumper several times to get right. Using painters tape to help hold the headlight when tightening the bolts helps a LOT!
P.S. unable to upload instructions from my phone. I'll upload the doc when I get home tonight.
Edit: Sorry for the delay. Here is how to remove and reinstall the old headlight per factory manual, with the spacing specifications.
As a note: make sure the headlight is level when reinstalling; perfectly level is not critical, more annoyance.
As a reminder, you will need to aim your headlights after readjusting them.

I've managed to broke up/down adjuster cog on the exact AFS bi xenon headlight.
Does anyone know is it possible to replace the gears (which I have brand new one) since I was not able to find any DIY for the specific headlight?
I seriously doubt you can just replace the gears in a headlight assembly. If you desire to attempt, I suggest you find a used headlight assembly that matches your headlight and try to take it apart to access the gears alone. Then you will know one way or the other.

Ye you can replace the adjuster screw, at least on the adaptive xenon headlights for both pre and post face-lift. However, you will need to remove the headlight assembly to do so. I do not remember if it can be accessed from the back, or if you need to bake the headlight open <remove the lense>.
For those with same problem, culprit was the lever from the left side, which was in up position. Bringing it down solved the problem of shade in high beam.
