Headlight replacment, AFS Bi-Xenon high beam not working

It appears that my passenger side high beam is not working. Car has the Bi-Xenon AFS lights, so there's not actually a 'high beam bulb' from what I can tell, but a solenoid or something similar for the high beam.
There are no errors detected by the diagnostics, either on-car or VCDS, so I'm guessing a mechanical problem rather than electrical.
Researching headlights, and these units are fairly expensive. Thus, looking at a possible upgrade for a little more $ Has anyone used these units:

Or have any experience with the vendor?
Thanks,
