How do I know if I have the latest Navigation software...

and what should I do if I don't?

2006 A6 Avant - put in service in March 2006. Nothing's been updated since.

see my sig. the dvd is located in the trunk on the driver side. eject and...

the top of the disc will tell you what version you have. You can buy the latest from Navteq. You may also find useful information at navplus.us under the MMI section.
