You need to put in the H&R bushings as well when replacing the bar. If you use the OEM bushing, there is a loud clanking noise since the oem bar is thinner.

I got my sway bars from Achtuning, the rear was $215. The Front was $285. I would pay the extra $30 bucks for brand new. the difference on my A6 C6 Avant is dramatic. I hooked them up to the stiff setting, the inside holes. The weight difference between stock and the H&R's is quite a bit. I did the install myself. Front was easy, 1 hour. The rear took about 3 hours. With the car on ramps.
