Default Ignition failure!??

Sometimes When I turn my engine on, at the start up , all my electrics tun off, and imidiatly the engine starts!

Here the procedure:
1-put key on ignition
2-turn key to posiiton I (radion on, ligths, etc..)
3-turn key to position II to turn on the engine
4-engine turns off, radio off, ligths off
5-engine turn ON!

Step 4-5 automatic since i turn the key on step 3!

My audi dealer never figured out what it is!

Beside my car been a diesel (3.0TDI) I want to ask you guys if anyone had this problem??
It looks like something electronic or relationed to the key (I allready changed the key once but I'm on the 3rd key (second one didn't work weel on the ignition) and till now no errors on the diagnostic machine!

When you turn the ignition the engine makes trrrrr and goes ON right?
Mine does trrrr ,during 1s all goes OFF interior ligths, radios, etc... and than trrrr it goes ON and also the rest of the electronics!

It didn't do that when it was new, so I'm supposing its not normal!

Default Is the battery starting to go bad ? The MMI will cut power to all

accessaries so as to supply enough juice to the ignition when the battery is running low (or not holding charge).
