you're dreaming. The A6 is only 200 lb heavier(4145-3936) and has 5 fewer HP. How is it that it would be 2 seconds slower to 60?

They put FSI in the A6 and the RS4 but not in the S4.
Makes it hard to justify an S4 right now unless you need a manual.

I misunderstood...well the 4.2 is better but its weight is a real handicap compared to the S4. I've driven both and the S4 is a little rocket that is a great deal of fun and the A6 was more of a GT - touring car that is "quick" but not fast.
