Just called Meineke, guess what? The guy said, "yes, of course we do springs" and I said

great, i have an 05 Audi. And the guy said "oh, we don't do that." I said that you just told me you installed springs. And he said, "I'm not going to do an Audi." WTF?

Apparently the rears are somewhat difficult to install, as my installer spent a long time working on them. I think he mentioned they had to go get a special tool to compress them in order to get them in.
