I got mine for a "special" price. It's near your selling price.

The only thing I have to change is de licence plate lights, i'm considering the whole rdash units or just replacing the bulbs with ledbulbs.

The one in the front can be accessed by opening up the sun glasses holster, there is a screw there which i believe is a t25. After you unscrew it pry it down and it will pull off.

The one in the rear you have to put a flat head screw driver and pry it down, it'll pop right off.

Let me know if there is anything i can do to help

@A&AEuroTuning

Did you every did this conversion on an A6 4F?

The method you described by unscrewing the screws it totally unnecessary. The system is put together with some plastic clips.

1. Just open the sunglass holster
2. Then carefully pull down the "ambient light" middle lane. Just pull it down from the sunglass holster side, you will feel a small ridge where you can put your finger on.
3. Now carefully pull down the outside frame, this frame hold the maplights and also the doomlight "glasses".

It's not necessary to unscrew the whole unit, but if you want to do that, unscrew the screws which are located behind the maplights. Then the whole doomunit comes downs.

Repeat the steps backwards to put everything back together.

It's silly but I can't edit my own posts...

The method you discribed is suitable for the A4 B8 models.
