Default migrating GPS locations

hi, before the C6 I had a lot of destinations stored in my garmin nav. some have street addresses and some just latitude/longitude. is there any creative way to move them into the Audi MMI nav? i.e. though bt/sim/sms? I upgraded nav dvd to version 11. I even looked to modify POI file on the nav dvd, but it is compressed and I have no clues to debug it.

of course I can do it hard way: put garmin in my car and drive from point to point storing them in audi nav.

No answer from me, but I have the same question. I got a 2010 A6 a few months ago and am slowly adding the addresses and locations as I go there.

Two somewhat related questions:

1) Does the US versions of the Audi MMI Navi include Canadian destinations?

2) Can you set the Audi MMI to give mph in KPH instead of MPH on the speedo? In the past I used my Garmin speedo function set to KPH whenever I went to Canada to avoid unintentional speeding.

I change the MPH to KPH in the system settings in the CAR menu. The digital readout on the dash then had KPH. The only thing is I heard the digital speed readout is only available on cars with adaptive cruise control. Not sure if its the case for the 2010. I have ACC in my 08.

Probably not. The Audi NAV system uses the NAVTEQ system, which has all of the data on the DVD that you insert into the NAV unit. However, once you program a location/destination into the NAV system, you can store them for future use.

In 2011, is adaptive cruise control part of a package or is it available as a stand alone option?
