Default Misfire

So I had an ignition coil fail in cylinder 7 in February. I replaced the ignition coil and the spark plug. Everything was running great until yesterday, rough idle and acceleration same issue as when the ignition coil failed before. I took it into O'reillys to get the code checked and he said "misfire on cylinder 7". My question is what else could cause a misfire? I'm hoping it's just put a new plug and coil in again but could it be something else? I have replaced 8,7,6,5 with zero issues and was going to replace the rest when I had the money for it.

I'm also having misfires. Did you nail this down yet? Thanks.
