Hi, I have been reading on the forum for some time now and I have a noob question. Can someone tell me if my MMI and NAV software are the most current versions out there? I have read many pages stating which versions are the most current, but I don't completely understand which versions that I have. Thanks for your input!

I am not well versed in the 2G models, but it *seems* you have version 4.6.10.
(The line C6-HU 46.1.0 0805) - I'm guessing the 46.1.0 is the version as it matches this: wiki https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi_Media_Interface which shows that that's the latest version of the firmware for the 2G.
As for the NAV database, the only thing the wiki says is that 2016 (4E0 060 884 EH) is the latest one for 2G models. It doesn't say the older versions so I can't figure out how out of date you are.

The 2G MMI is a lot easier to update than the 3G, it looks like your car has a navigation DVD that goes somewhere in the trunk?
If you search for "north america 2G audi navigation" you'll find some good places to obtain it, and some places to purchase it, eBay and others.

Thank you for your input!! I do have the DVD changer in the trunk. I will do a search and see if I can find the latest maps. Are they still producing map updates for this car?
