There is nothing I can do to get rid of this.

In addition, because it is searching for my bluetooth phone, every 30 seconds the radio cuts out for 2 seconds. My phone worked at one point. Now the screen is locked up and I cannot synch up my phone.

Has anyone else experienced a locked up telephone screen?

I tried resetting the MMI but it did not work.

Any help would be appreciated.

I would try deleting the audi from the phone and adding it again. The password is 1234. There is also, in the Telephone Setup menu a way to remove bluetooth associations or something like that. I apologize I am not near the car and can't remember exactly what it says. I think reseting the mmi did this for you in any case.

Thanks. I will try removing Audi from my phone but I cannot get into the tele menu.
