Default MMI Update Help!

I'm in the process of updating from 1190 to 3360 and then to 4140. The screen says 1/7 OK, but where it is displaying the status it just says "Opening File...". The update has been running for about an hour and it won't move on from this screen. I also noticed that the disc 1 light isn't lit up.

What should I do? Should I risk canceling the update and starting over? Should I let it run for another hour?

Default Did you follow the steps in one of the TSBs in PierreB's sig?

like the one below....

If so, what step is the process stuck on? It sounds like to me that the process finished the first time and needs to be re-run. But I'd need some more definitive information on where the process appears to be stuck at.

Default Yes I followed the TSB. It got stuck on the TUN process...

I ended up canceling the download for that one process and it moved on to the others. When it was completed it just showed up as NOK so I reran the update again 3 times. I could not get it to run the TUN process. I no longer have AM/FM functionality. I'm going to try it again later today. If I can't get it to work I may move on to 4140 and see if that will update it.

Any thoughts?

I re-ran the update today and all is good. I think it just had a tough time reading the cd.
