I tried to update my mmi with the 4220 och the other updates on the disc i've downloaded.
Now the system doesnt work at all. Just reboting all the time even if i turn the car off(battery drains).
I cant reach the setup-cd any more with setup + return.
Does someone have any suggestion? what shall i do?
Please help me!

it needs to be a gradual step from before 33.6 to 33.6 then to 33.6 to current. If you skip a step rumor is a very expensive trip to the dealer

To the original poster:
search archives. Symptom it is gone completely is the control module can not longer be accessed with VAG COM.
apparent root causes:
Not getting to 3360 (33.60) first
Maybe the non Audi disk copy.
It's a sorry situation if the nightmare happens: +/- $2000 repair on D3's.
Folks, please flush all the freebie disk copies and cloud code out there. Worst "free" software bargain ever! It costs around $10 at the dealer for the disk. Step by step Audi instructions as well as cautions have been posted both on the C6 board and the D3 board, including in the past few weeks. Having done it on a D3, you get very litle. Strong advice: 99% should stick with 3360 and call it good.

Sad news arrived today, after many if´s, my dealer told me that the hole MMI system had broken down, the final cost landed at 15000-20000 swedish kronor which is about 3000 dollars. So I warn you all, it´s better letting your audi dealer do the updates. Thank you all for the response received.
